High visibility livery now advertises PROFILE’s newest Fleet Ford Transit van. Mukesh Hallan of Trust Ford, Erdington recently handed the keys to Office Administrator, Keri Johnson at PROFILE.
Keri, who is responsible for the Company’s Fleet, was pleased to meet Mukesh as Trust Ford, Erdington will be assisting with all future servicing of the PROFILE Ford Transit Van Fleet.

Bespoke Coasters and USB Memory Sticks have been produced to distribute to new and existing customers. The mid year promotion was the idea of Technical Sales Surveyor, Mark Skelding, who considered various styles of marketing would help promote the Company and increase business!

The 21st Anniversary of the establishment of the Company was celebrated with a different type of Quality!
Samantha Jenkins and Gill Rice, Contracts and Accounts Administrators at PROFILE, enjoyed the first selection of the well known chocolates after a busy 21st Anniversary day which incidentally coincided with the Company’s successful 7th annual BSI ISO 9001 Quality Assessment.
The British Standards Institution recently conducted a Readiness Review with PROFILE.
The assessment was successful and paves the way for the transition from the 2008 standard to the new quality management system requirements of the 2015 standard.
The Review was to ensure the strategy and vision throughout the organisation meets the intended outcome of the new Standard.
Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and Ladder Training were the topics on the Agenda for the PROFILE Annual Training Event.
Members of the PROFILE Team attended the training session at the ARCA Head Offices in Burton on Trent.
Keri Johnson, the Company’s Office Administrator, co-ordinated the activities of the day which also included PAT Testing, Vehicle and First Aid Box checks to ensure that all equipment was in excellent order.
David Clarke, the Company’s Managing Director, confirmed that the day was a success and all participants gained considerable knowledge to enhance their existing working practices.
St John Ambulance Emergency First Aid at Work training has recently been carried out by Keri Johnson. Keri, the Company’s Office and Accounts Administrator, successfully completed the course and joins her colleague, Gill Rice, as an Appointed First Aider for the Company’s premises in Lichfield.
PROFILE have had a very busy December on the operative training front, with all of our operatives attending courses at the SpanSet Rooftop Training and Work Restraint Training Centre.
