When can you start work
Upon receipt of an official order from the customer work should commence (weather permitting) within 4 weeks of the receipt of the order.

How long will the work take
1 day to over 4 weeks depending upon whether the contract is a small repair or a total refurbishment.

Is there a guarantee
We can offer 10, 15 and 20 year guarantees on fully refurbished roofs. These can be supplemented with manufacturer’s product guarantees. In addition, insurance backed guarantees can be provided, these types of guarantees are independent of the manufacturer and the roofing refurbishment contractor. Random repairs to roof areas cannot be guaranteed, as it must be appreciated that rain water can travel from one area to another.

Will CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations apply
If these apply, PROFILE will comply with all requirements. If necessary, PROFILE can be the principal contractor.

Will PROFILE provide all the health and safety documentation
All method statements, risk assessments and health and safety plans will be completed and submitted to the customer prior to works commencement. Our external health and safety consultants can provide additional health and safety, if required.

Is PROFILE qualified to deal with asbestos related products
Our Company is is an associate member of the ARCA and fully conversant with all aspects of asbestos cement fibre sheet removal. Our procedures comply with the Asbestos at Work Regulations. Air monitoring, asbestos samples, double bagging of removed materials, the use of specialist asbestos waste skips are all standard procedures taken by our Company.
